Does Lactose Intolerance Get Worse Over Time Can Lactose Intolerance Get Worse Over Time?

Can lactose intolerance get worse over time? - does lactose intolerance get worse over time

I know that I am lactose intolerant since I was little, because even if the milk was almost inedible to me .... However, it is only in the morning and sometimes at the end of the day, maybe I could drink a glass of milk with ease. But recently, I experienced discomfort when they drink milk at all times, and now even eat ice cream and foods. My question is, therefore, to lactose intolerance can get worse, how old are you? like maybe your body begins to produce less lactase? Help!

Fortunately, we can produce lactase and take it with milk, so it is a treatable disease.
We must not forget is not really "of course, take 'milk after weaning for mammals, we developed the milk than eating babies, and not by the time we have been able to get milk because of the domestication of animals is very briefly in the evolution of our species do not fit easily.

You know what I think? I think over time come from manufacturers and food companies continue to work with all kinds of processing and preservation of our food and drinks, and also the most diverse ever, preservatives, chemicals, additives and the like to our food on supermarket shelves to hold for 20 or 30 years! Insensitive organizations such as ours can not simply with the toxic overload. With the increasing load of chemicals which our body reacts with a feeling of fullness, bloating, belching, gas, heartburn, headache, fatigue and the list is long!
